Your 5 Day Course
Arrival is scheduled for Sunday afternoon and from 6pm to 7.15pm we meet up for introductions and course plan/details. We will be there to greet you and answer any questions. Unless requested otherwise dinner for that evening will be booked for you at one of the islands best hotels so you have nothing to worry about on your first day.
Monday through Friday we hold a mix of morning and afternoon sessions with a light lunch provided and plenty of tea/coffee along the way.
Over these days you will discover how to be your confident self, how to deal with obstacles and barriers to living your life as you want. How to focus and discover your dreams and goals and how to achieve them.

On Friday morning we bring everything together before bidding our farewells to each other and to Skye.
Places are limited as large groups cannot be accommodated. Travel to and from Skye is not included so you are able to make the arrangements which best suit yourself; Inverness Airport is within easy reach and has links to most major cities.
Lunches and evening meal on Sunday of arrival are included. If you wish to extend your stay a further night then you must inform us at time of booking. Please also let us know of any dietary requirements at time of booking.
